Give Parkinsons’s The Axe Social Fundraiser

Tristan and Blaine Campbell are travelling from Western Australia to compete in the IATC and to raise awareness of Early Onset Parkinson’s. After being diagnosed with Parkinson’s 4 years ago at age 40, Tristan has found axe throwing, and the community, a great help in managing the physical and mental symptoms of his condition.
Come and join Tristan and Blaine for a relaxed evening of social throwing, with mini-games, challenges, etc over the evening. Over the event, Tristan will talk about and demonstate some of the day-to-day challenges of living with (and throwing axes with) Parkinson’s.
And, if you’re up for it, you can challenge P-Rex to a game! This axe-wielding purple dinosaur is the mascot for Give Parkinson’s the Axe, and is looking forward to going global.
Tickets are $50 per person (at the door) and proceeds from the event will go to support Parkinson Canada.
