Axe Throwing Leagues
Looking for something a little different from your dart of bowling league? Our no-experience-necessary axe throwing leagues are available Sunday-Thursday. Casual leagues are available every week and competitive leagues run 8 weeks.
Ongoing Social Leagues
NEW Social Leagues at Total Axe - every Thursday night starts with an hour of free practice from 6-7pm. Once practice is over, each thrower engages in 4 matches against fellow enthusiasts, fostering friendly competition and a chance to hone skills.
With stats reset every week, every thrower gets a fresh start, maintaining an engaging and dynamic experience. The excitement doesn't stop there; the fourth week of every month features a special tournament for all participants, often with an unexpected twist to keep things interesting!
First time throwers get in for free! After that, it's only $50/month. Register any time you want, and drop any time you want throughout the year!
For our younger enthusiasts, we offer a Saturday Youth League at only $25/month, open to anyone under 18. The fun begins with free practice from Noon-1pm, supervised by our coaches, followed by exciting axe and star matches.
8-Week Competitive Leagues
Looking to get a little more competitive? We still have our standard WBL leagues Sunday, Tuesday, and Women's Wednesday. Practice starts at 5:30 on Sunday, or 6 on Tuesday and Wednesday and goes for 1 hour.
After practice, each person gets 4 matches against other throwers. The season culminates with the week 8 playoffs. Throwers are seeded into a double-elimination bracket with the last person standing as the league champion!
Competitive leagues offer the best chance to hone your skills and improve to compete on a larger scale.
We offer flexible payments for leagues. Choose either:
1) $105 when paid in full before week 1
2) $30 Registration fee + $15/week for the first 6 weeks
Competitive throwers also get a month of Thursday social league for free!

Can I be absent or late for a week of league?
Yes! We know everyone's schedules aren't always flexible. You can be up to an hour late, just give us a call before match play starts so we can schedule your matches. As long as you make it to 70% of the scheduled weeks, you're eligible for the playoffs.
Do I need to pay for absent weeks?
Yes, assuming you plan on participating in the final week's playoffs. If you don't want to play in the finals, you only have to pay for the weeks you show!
How many people are on a team?
Everything is 1-on-1. We don't have teams, but there are a lot of families and couples that come together.
Do I need to bring my own axe?
Axes are provided for all hatchet leagues. You DO need to bring your own axe for the Thursday Night BIG AXE League.
